Our story

One aim.
Many ways to serve it.

Hill Mastermind began with Matthew Castle’s definite chief aim: to help other people become successful.

A purpose before a portfolio.

Before the connected websites, the technology and the wider ecosystem, there was a question: how could helping someone else become successful become a definite purpose for a life?

Napoleon Hill’s work offered a language for that question: definite purpose, initiative, cooperation and a mastermind of people who improve one another’s thinking. Hill Mastermind gave Matthew a place to explore those ideas through a Facebook community and conversations under the Mastermind Moments name.

From discussion to application.

The community’s welcome post invited people to exchange experiences, ideas and perspectives. This website carries that invitation forward with a more deliberate structure. Each principle becomes a guide, each guide leads to an exercise, and each exercise becomes material for a useful discussion.

The point is not to collect inspirational sentences. It is to become more capable of doing something worthwhile—and more useful to the people around you.

Where that aim led.

Matthew’s wider work connects service, exchange, reputation, technology and shared learning. Agrarian Exchange centers on the value people can offer. SWAT Network connects practical needs with service workers and technicians. iCreateMasterminds provides a place to collaborate.

The Resonance Model is his distinct philosophical and theological labor of love, exploring truth, agency and human growth. It is presented as Matthew’s developing framework, separate from Hill’s original curriculum.

The work continues here.

Your definite chief aim does not need to resemble Matthew’s. It needs to be honest enough to guide your choices and concrete enough to shape your next action. This is a place to develop that clarity, do the work, and help others do theirs.
